View of the tranformer

The AC power transformer in plastic housing is used as cable network power supply for Terra devices capable of remote powering via coaxial cable, such as distribution amplifiers, optical nodes. The transformer can power up to ten or so devices (maximum output current: 10.5 A).

The transformer is used together with power entry port R82473 and power injector Terra J-PIM R82472. The set of the three devices is used for remote powering of cable network equipment.
