The included accessories

Terra RT-316 R81707 is a "master" module for receiving DVB-T OFDM signals (MPEG2/H.264, FTA multiplexes) and distributing them as MPEG2/H.264 transport stream to a "slave" module e.g. DM-316 R817121. One module receives a whole multiplex, of which one program can be selected for conversion to analog PAL channel.

Other channels from the multiplex can be decoded from the MPEG2 transport stream by "slave" modules DM-316 R817121. The modules distribute them in the RF network as analog PAL channels.

The set(s) of the modules are especially demanded by hotels, hospitals, sanatoriums etc. with multiple analog televisions in use. In such cases it is uneconomical to replace all the receivers to DVB-T ones, or even install individual digital tuners. The MMH-3000 headend is a good alternative to the high costs of replacing all the TV sets or buying many set-top boxes.

The module, similarly to all modules used in MMH-3000 headends, is configured with free Terra Link utility or commercial CMH-Master application software R81706.
