DS-KIS704EY-ACW2/Aluminum is a video intercom set from Hikvision's 2-Wire HD system, which includes a door station main module DS-KD7003EY-IME2/A, a keypad module DS-KD-KP, 2-module surface-mounted enclosure DS-KD-ACW2, audio, video and power distributor DS-KAD7040EY allowing 4 devices to be connected, power supply HDR-30-48, 7" monitor DS-KH7300EY-WTE2/White. It is a complete kit that can be installed to work in a small building, which can be further expanded. Detailed information on the main devices included in the kit, are available in the data sheets of each product and in the downloadable files.

System 2-Wire HD (EY series)
The 2-Wire HD Series EY video intercom system is an excellent solution for upgrading an old intercom or video intercom system that uses twisted pair, paired or straight cable as the communication bus. In this system, communication and power supply, of such devices as door stations or monitors, is made using distributors DS-KAD7060EY G74828 and DS-KAD7061EY G74830. This is a Plug & Play system, which, once the devices are properly addressed and configured using the switches on their backsides and powered up, the whole thing starts working. Additional configuration is possible through the door station using AP (Access Point) mode. Remote operation of the system via the Hik-Connect application is possible, when using indoor monitors with WiFi interface.

The 2-Wire HD video intercom system of the EY series is aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. The door station can be expanded with additional modules (max. 8 within 1 door station) depending on the requirements at the site. The same modules are used in the Y-series modular IP and 2-Wire video door entry system (not compatible with DS-KD-DIS). See below for a list:

The door station can be expanded with 1, 2 and 3 modular under/over frames (DS-KD-ACFx and DS-KD-ACWx), which can be combined with each other, allowing to build both small and large functional systems.
Access from mobile devices
Hikvision devices can be operated via mobile phones with Android or iOS using the dedicated Hik-Connect mobile application. It can be used to remotely view live video from DVR, NVR, IP cameras, door entry systems using Wi-Fi, 2G or 3G networks and also to view recorded videos. Operating video intercoms with the application provides also remote opening of the electric strike, receiving notifications and transferring calls from the entrance panel to the phone in the absence of the subscriber. The application allows connectivity via IP addresses and via P2P cloud. Hik-Connect is also the name of the cloud service that provides access to devices in the absence of an external IP address.
