The installation of an IP camera has never been so easy. If it is located near the router, you can use a wired connection. Just connect the camera to the router using the included network patch cable and plug in the power supply. If the distance from the router is not comfortable or you do not want to use any additional cable, you can use Wi-Fi connection and you need only to connect the power supply. To start using the camera, simply install the Vimtag application on your smartphone (dedicated either for Android devices or iOS phones), connect to the local network with the camera, scan its QR code and follow the instructions displayed. The whole process should take no more than several minutes.

To mount the camera, you don't need special tools. You can just put it on a stable surface, connect the power cable and it's ready. However, if you want to mount it permanently to a wall or the ceiling, you can use the dedicated plate/bracket included in the set. The camera has the image rotation function, which allows it to work without problems in any position.

The Vimtag camera guarantees very good image quality both during the day and at night. It can work in three modes: automatic, day, night. In the automatic mode during the day, when the light intensity is sufficient, the camera operates in color mode. When the lighting level becomes too low, the camera will automatically turn on the infrared illuminator and switch to black and white mode. Thanks to this, you have the guarantee that nothing escapes your attention around the clock.

The camera has a slot for a microSD memory card and supports cards with a capacity of up to 128 GB. It can store recorded videos which you can watch anytime, anywhere. The card can also store videos and snapshots triggered by motion detection.

Kamera má tři režimy záznamu obrazu: normální, pokročilý, prodloužený, charakterizovaný různými stupni komprese. V normálním režimu je stejné kódování H.264 používá pro pohyblivé objekty i statické scény. V pokročilém režimu se používá inteligentní kódování, ve kterém jsou pohyblivé části kódovány odděleně. V režimu rozšířeného záznamu byly také redukovány snímky za sekundu, aniž by byla ovlivněna kvalita obrazu.

In the case of exceeding the output bandwidth of the camera in the local network, the communication will be carried out through the cloud. Just install the application on your devices and add the camera. You can also use a computer. All you have to do is to install the Vimtag application for the Windows operating system or connect to the camera via a web browser just by entering its IP address or logging in to your account.

Get notifications only when you want. The camera has three modes of notification settings: home, external and automatic. If you are at home and do not want to receive frequent notifications, you can use the home mode in which they are turned off. If you are away from home and want to receive notifications from motion detection, use the external mode. In automatic mode, you can specify the schedule when you want to receive possible notifications.

The motion detection function of the camera can be set to different sensitivity levels, independently for day and night, as well as for home and external operating modes. A motion detection event can trigger immediate notification on your mobile device, along with clear snapshots and videos. Every motion detection alert can be stored on the SD card to view it later.

With the built-in speaker and microphone and your smartphone running the app, you can set the speaker volume and microphone sensitivity so that the communication quality meets your expectations.
